Please wear this appliance 24 hours a day, except when eating, for 3 weeks.

Remove daily for oral hygiene. Rinse and brush appliance with warm water using toothpaste or liquid soap.

When the appliance is out of your mouth store it in your retainer box.

You may experience relief of current symptoms.

You should not experience additional discomfort.
